Message Trying to take the turbine section off will be very difficult, as the nuts on the exhaust manifold studs and bolts holding the turbine to the center housing aren't exactly easy to get at when the engine is out of the car.

If you can dremel a slot for a large screw driver (especially with an impact driver) and then heat and PB the crap out of it before trying to remove it then you might save an engine pull but failing in that you will probably need to remove the engine to drill it out, given the tight space.

The only other thing I've had work with sheered bolts is weld the end of another bolt to it. Between having a new surface to turn with a wrench and the heat of welding that sometimes does the trick. However that would probably require an engine pull to remove turbo anyway and welding the stock inconel exhaust bolts could prove tricky for local shops used to mild steel.
